Our half or one-day Personal Safety, Breakaway, Self Defence, and Lone Worker training is designed to give your staff the knowledge and confidence to protect themselves when faced with a potentially violent situation. We ensure learners understand that physical intervention is always a last resort and that they use the minimum force possible to deal with the situation. We reassure learners that size and strength aren’t important but that the techniques taught are. All techniques are effective and risk-assessed ensuring you meet your legal responsibilities as an employer.
